Pressed flowers: a separate world of decor

Pressed flowers: a separate world of decor

Pressed flowers aren't exactly dried flowers, though both are "eternal." Dried flowers keep 3D volume; pressed ones become flat. That's why they have completely different uses.

Current uses

  1. Botanical frames for walls
  2. Epoxy resin jewelry and bookmarks
  3. Wedding invitations with a pressed flower accent
  4. Candle decorations

Best flowers to press

Violets, pansies, ferns, eucalyptus, daisies, rose petals (not whole flowers), lavender stems.

Poor candidates

Peonies, hydrangeas, lilies, tulips — too thick or lose color.

Our service

We do custom botanical frames: bring a plant meaningful to you (from your garden, from an anniversary bouquet), we press and frame it. A memorable gift.
