FAQ — everything you wanted to know

The most common questions from our customers. Can't find an answer? Contact us.

How long do dried flowers last?+

With proper care, 1–3 years. Most stable are lavender, pampas grass, wheat, eucalyptus, statice. Delicate ones (roses, hydrangea) last less. Keep them out of direct sunlight, away from humidity above 60%, and protect from mechanical damage.

Do dried flowers need care?+

Almost none. Dust them every 2–4 weeks using a soft brush, a cold hairdryer, or a compressed-air can. Don't wash with water or use furniture polish. That's it.

Do they smell?+

Some do. Lavender keeps its scent for 6–12 months, eucalyptus up to a year, rosemary a few months. Pampas, feather grass, wheat, gypsophila are scentless. For scent, consider a separate lavender sachet.

Can I put dried flowers in the bathroom?+

Yes, but not on the wall next to the shower. Eucalyptus and lavender tolerate moderate humidity. Avoid gypsophila and roses — they lose shape in damp rooms.

How do you ship?+

Nova Poshta, Ukrposhta, or pickup in Kyiv. We pack in rigid boxes with fixation. Shipping cost depends on weight and distance — we'll quote after checkout.

How do I pay?+

Cash on delivery or bank transfer before shipping. Online payment isn't supported yet — a manager will contact you after the order to confirm details.

What if the bouquet arrives damaged?+

Always unpack directly at the post office. If anything is broken, take photos and contact us within 14 days. We'll replace it or refund you.

Can I order a custom bouquet?+

Yes — use the custom order form. Describe what you want (plants, colors, size, budget) and our manager will propose options. Lead time is 1–3 weeks.

Are dried flowers bad for allergy sufferers?+

Most aren't — pollen and scent are lost during drying. Be careful with pampas, feather grass, and gypsophila in dry heated rooms as they may shed slightly. Severe allergies? Choose stabilized eucalyptus or olive branches.

Can I return an item?+

Yes, within 14 days of receipt. Inspect fragile decor immediately upon delivery. If the bouquet doesn't fit, contact us to arrange a return.

Do you offer wholesale pricing?+

Yes — from 10 units for hotels, restaurants, offices, and corporate gifts. Contact us via the custom order form or contact page.

Where are you located?+

Our workshop is in Ukraine. Due to martial law we don't publish the exact address — we coordinate with clients through a manager. Pickup is available in Kyiv by appointment.
