If you've never bought dried flowers before, the first time can feel overwhelming: dozens of options in the catalog, colors, sizes, prices. Here's a clear checklist to make sure your first bouquet hits the mark.
Question 1: Where will it stand
The most important question. The answer drives everything else — size, color, shape. Walk through your home and pick a specific spot. Not "on a shelf sometime," but "right there, on the console in the living room, to the left of the book vase."
Question 2: What's the room's style
- Boho — pampas, feather grass, eucalyptus. Big volumes, natural tones.
- Scandinavian — white or silver compositions, minimalism, one pampas plume.
- Provence — lavender, rosemary, wheat. Wood, linen, ceramics.
- Wabi-sabi — one branch, dry grasses, imperfect ceramics.
Question 3: Budget
For first-timers: don't buy the cheapest. Cheap dried flowers are often poorly dried or dyed. Sweet spot is 500–1200 UAH.
Question 4: Size
People most often fail here. They buy a "pretty" bouquet from Instagram and then realize at home it's either lost on the table or crowds everything.
Take a ruler, measure the height and width of the spot. Then look only at options that fit within those dimensions with a 20% margin.
