- Spring (Mar–May): feather grass, statice, first herbs.
- Early summer (Jun): early lavender, daisies, grasses.
- Mid summer (Jul): peak lavender, protea, roses.
- Late summer (Aug): wheat, barley, oats.
- Fall (Sep–Oct): pampas grass harvest, asters, berries.
- Late fall (Nov): cones, dry fruits, branches.
- Winter (Dec–Feb): production from stored stock, experiments, next-year planning.
What it means for you
"Freshly harvested lavender" — buy Aug–Oct. Pampas grass — Nov–Dec. Planning a summer wedding — order in May.
