Pressed flowers aren't exactly dried flowers, though both are "eternal." Dried flowers keep 3D volume; pressed ones become flat. That's why they have completely different uses.

Violets, pansies, ferns, eucalyptus, daisies, rose petals (not whole flowers), lavender stems.
Poor candidates
Peonies, hydrangeas, lilies, tulips — too thick or lose color.
